Pasture Raised Whole Chickens

Wholesome, happy, truly pasture raised Cornish Cross chickens. Not only do we move our mobile coops everyday to fresh pasture spots, but all of our birds leave their coops and go outside during the day. They spend their time foraging for bugs, worms, and other delicious tidbits! It’s great for them (plenty of wing flapping and running exercise), and it’s great for our soil. In addition, the flock is fed Non-GMO feeds and provided copious amounts of our fresh aquifer water. No hormones or antibiotics!

We offer our pasture raised whole chicken several times per year.  Contact us for pricing and reservations.

We are establishing new Silvopastures here at Idaho Pastures! A Silvopasture (Latin, silva forest) is the practice of integrating trees, forage, and the grazing of domesticated animals in a mutually beneficial way. It utilizes the principles of managed grazing, and it is one of several distinct forms of agroforestry.
